Frently was a very good surprise! I went through some quite hard time with the rental company and they promptly received me in their office. They had an amazing support and because of their instructions, I could have a fair outcome. I just mentioned that I had been talking to Frently, and immediately the way I was treated by the management company changed completely. I am really thankful for all the support.

I am very pleased with the advice provided by Frently. In my experience they are helpful, supportive and understanding while being professional and very knowledgeable in their field. Their services are much needed by plenty of expats in Groningen dealing with all kinds of negative consequences of a housing shortage like myself. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them to anyone finding themselves struggling with their landlord or landlady or feeling like they are overcharging or abusing their relative position of power. Brilliant legal service, especially for students. Needed some legal advice and emailed them about it. Waited less than a day before I got my response, and they immediately set me up with a phone appointment (no face-to-face due to COVID-19) three days later. I spoke on the phone with Denise (absolutely free of charge!) to get advice on what I can do in my situation. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and clear. I am still in contact with them for advice and am going to use their actual legal services soon for some other rental problems. If you need legal help for anything housing related, go to Frently (especially if you are a student). You can tell that they care about you and your case, and genuinely want to help. 10/10 recommend.

Turning to Frently was the best decision I made. My landlord had behaved incredibly bad and disrespectful towards me. Frently helped me throughout this process in a professional, attentive and patient way. We did receive the money back in the end which feels incredibly. Not just for the actual money, nor any feeling of vengeance but simply the fact that with the help of Frently I was able to stand up for my own rights and face the arrogance and disrespect of my landlord - this is a great feeling! Great service, especially recommended to international students. Don’t be discouraged if you are facing overcharging rents or terrible living situations. This is the place to come. Overall, it was a good experience to work with Frently. It is nice to have a professional consultant when dealing with housing problems and law issues that could be really frustrated for a foreigner like me otherwise.

Would definitely recommend that all students when moving to their new rental address have their contract checked by Denise from Frently. She responds very quickly and always has the best interest of her clients in mind, from giving simple legal advice to helping to translate documents in Dutch. She provides an invaluable service in making sure students are not being ripped off and for this reason cannot thank her enough!

They are super nice, kind, patient and helpful. They helped us reduce the rent of our apartment by a great difference, and assisted us during all the process (including the many interactions with the agency that manages our house). I couldn't be more grateful and I definitely recommend them.

As their name suggests, they are really friendly and involved into housing law consultancy. I contacted them in 2019 because I thought I wasn't paying a fair price for the place I rented. They were soon helpful, explained everything clearly, visited my place, checked everything in it, and found out exactly why the place wasn't worth that price and how much I was supposed to pay. I received a clear description of what was wrong with my house and what they could do in order to reduce my rent price so I decided to let them start the procedure. The spread of covid19 slowed everything down but at the end I was more than satisfied with the result (rent price was considerably reduced). I recommend Frently to anyone who has doubt about their rent and do not want to be eaten by landlords and/or agencies. They are great, thank you again!

My landlord is charging me huge amount of money for service fee and other random charges without providing proofs. Lucky me found Frently and received great advices of how to proceed, Denise also give me further some information about rental for future. I feel much more comfortable and assured after talking to such a professional. Highly recommended if you have rental problems. And again, thanks Denise! Keep going with Frently!
